Staying at this hotel was a mix of wonderful views and a few shortcomings. The location was peaceful, with stunning views of the Tegalalang rice terraces, making it a nice escape from the busy tourist spots. The room was clean but a bit warm upon arrival, which made it less comfortable initially. The service was genuinely sweet, especially with thoughtful little gifts from the staff. However, the dining experience could use some improvement as meals took longer to prepare than expected.

The room offered fantastic unobstructed views over the rice terraces and was clean, but it felt quite hot and was not ready upon arrival.

The staff was lovely and made us feel welcomed, with special mentions to Indah and Triana who were always polite and smiling. Check-in was smooth, and it was delightful to receive little gifts from the staff during our stay.
Location

Tucked away just outside of Ubud, the hotel's location provided a serene atmosphere and proximity to the rice fields. It was a bit tricky to find, but the opportunity for day trips to Mount Batur and the rice terraces made it worthwhile.
Dining

The dining experience was satisfactory but took a frustrating amount of time to prepare our meals. It was far from an open buffet and could have offered more options, especially for someone with a bigger appetite.
Facilities

While the hotel featured lovely amenities, I didn't get a chance to fully explore them. The focus seemed to be more on the views and relaxation than extensive facilities.

I had a memorable stay at this hotel, with some fantastic highlights and a few drawbacks. The stunning views from the rooms were a definite plus, and I really appreciated the friendly and attentive service. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, especially in terms of food variety and preparation time. Despite being a bit outside of Ubud, the peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery made the location worth it.

Although the hotel is about a 30-minute drive from Ubud, it offers a serene atmosphere with beautiful views. I did notice it was near a pig farm, but the surrounding nature made up for that.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, perched on the edge of a gorge with breathtaking views over the Tegalalang rice terraces. The rooms were quite clean and the mattress was incredibly comfortable, which made for restful nights. I also appreciated the attentive service from the staff, particularly Indah and Triana, who consistently made sure we were happy. However, I found that the dining options could use some improvement, especially in terms of portion sizes and preparation times. Overall, it felt like a great value for money, aside from the dining experience.
